My stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Matane was impressive overall. The beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff made a great first impression. although the ongoing exterior renovations gave the hotel a somewhat unfinished look. The rooms were large and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast, which surpassed many I've experienced. A few minor service hiccups detracted slightly, but the staff was mostly attentive and accommodating.
